Kid's Snow Sled Plans
A hardwood sled makes a terrific gift for a child. Not only are sleds great for fun downhill rides, but they're also handy for pulling youngsters through the snow.

Full size patterns and instructions make this project very simple. First, trace the pieces onto wood, then cut and assemble using brass screws, washers and epoxy glue. Finally, complete the sled by sanding, applying sealer and varnish, attaching a pull rope and waxing the runners. It'll be a pleasure and an heirloom.

The sled measures 40" long by 14-1/2" wide. Real sledding action!
