Cloths used to wipe stain can be safely air dried in a well ventilated area away from pets and children. Measure twice, cut once -- the paramount rule of building! The tips of different sizes of nails can be used as drill bits, working well on most wood stocks. Dented wood can often be repaired by heating a damp cloth with an iron over the dent...the wood will expand, filling the hole. Use a moist cloth to slightly dampen your hands before feeding stock through a cutter -- it gives you a much better grip on the stock.
