These may well be the deer that started it all -- white deer are quite popular these days as do-it-yourself Christmas decorations. We have several sets of reindeer (search on "deer" to your left) to choose.

Large full size patterns, wood optimization diagrams, and instructions for building make this project easy to do even for the stark beginner. Just transfer the patterns, cut, paint, assemble, and affix in the yard.

All pieces pull apart easily for flat stacking year-round storage, then they slide back together for quick Christmas set up. The upright deer stands 48" and patterns for both pictured are provided.

The tips of different sizes of nails can be used as drill bits, working well on most wood stocks.
