The spoiler of this fancy car, or bed, doubles as a handy bookshelf for your child's knicknacks. There is also hidden storage in the front end of the car, making for a neat little twist.

Full size patterns and painting guide are included, along with step by step instructions for building. The design is for a twin bed, and the overall finished size is 96" long, by 44-1/2" wide, by 32" tall.

Abrasive wheels can be cleaned of goo with cooking spray -- it also helps prevent buildup of particulate matter. Measure twice, cut once -- the paramount rule of building! Use a moist cloth to slightly dampen your hands before feeding stock through a cutter -- it gives you a much better grip on the stock. Welcome fellow woodworker! Cloths used to wipe stain can be safely air dried in a well ventilated area away from pets and children. Wipe the clear sheild of your safety glasses with a dryer static cling sheet -- it will keep sawdust from sticking to them! Old croquet mallets, cut down to size, make inexpensive backup woodworking mallets! The tips of different sizes of nails can be used as drill bits, working well on most wood stocks. If you have to bend small pieces of wood, wrap them in a damp towel and put them in the microwave for 2 minutes on high -- be certain no metal is present. Easily remove rusted screws by heating the head with a soltering iron -- it will expand, then contract making it easy to remove.
