If you have to bend small pieces of wood, wrap them in a damp towel and put them in the microwave for 2 minutes on high -- be certain no metal is present. Covering the back side of sandpaper with duct tape will make it last MUCH longer. White pencils are very useful in woodworking...they make easy to see lines on darker wood stocks. Easily remove rusted screws by heating the head with a soltering iron -- it will expand, then contract making it easy to remove.
