3 Seasons Room Plan
[HDA-105]
$25.00

Detailed set of building plans for a professionally designed addition to your home -- includes a complete list of materials needed to construct the pictured addition.

The structure is 325 square feet, measuring 13' 6" high to tip of roof, with standard construction 8' wall height. The design uses lots of windows making it perfect as a winter sunroom. It also has the potential to be used as a greenhouse.

You will get step by step instructions to go along with the large fold-out shop drawings. You or your contractor should be familiar with how to attach such a structure to your existing house, as the plans provide no information or material lists for this aspect of the project (as all homes are different). There is, however, plenty of information that focuses on the construction of the addition itself.

Keep your table saw push stick close at hand by fastening it to the front of your saw table with velcro or magnets so you can quickly grab it when needed.            Old croquet mallets, cut down to size, make inexpensive backup woodworking mallets!            Easily remove rusted screws by heating the head with a soltering iron -- it will expand, then contract making it easy to remove.            Did you know you can Mail-In your order? Check the left of the page for a Mail-In Orderform link.            Welcome fellow woodworker!            Keep your stains and glues from freezing in your non-heated workshop by storing them in a plastic food cooler. Neat!            Cloths used to wipe stain can be safely air dried in a well ventilated area away from pets and children.            Abrasive wheels can be cleaned of goo with cooking spray -- it also helps prevent buildup of particulate matter.            The tips of different sizes of nails can be used as drill bits, working well on most wood stocks.            White pencils are very useful in woodworking...they make easy to see lines on darker wood stocks.            Sign up for FREE Email Sale Alerts and save 10-30% on plans from time to time. Check the left of the page for a link.            Measure twice, cut once -- the paramount rule of building!            Dented wood can often be repaired by heating a damp cloth with an iron over the dent...the wood will expand, filling the hole.            Wipe the clear sheild of your safety glasses with a dryer static cling sheet -- it will keep sawdust from sticking to them!            If you have to bend small pieces of wood, wrap them in a damp towel and put them in the microwave for 2 minutes on high -- be certain no metal is present.            Covering the back side of sandpaper with duct tape will make it last MUCH longer.            A roll up window blind or shade is a perfect place to store woodworking plans -- just tape them down and let the shade roll them up.            Keep your saw blades clean at all times. A gooey blade can cause dangerous kick back.            Petroleum jelly and cooking oils make perfect inexpensive, non-toxic light stains for projects.            Extend the life of your tack cloths by putting them in baby food jars or ziplock storage bags.            Use a moist cloth to slightly dampen your hands before feeding stock through a cutter -- it gives you a much better grip on the stock.            Welcome fellow woodworker!            Call 1-800-296-6256 Mon-Fri from 8am to 2pm, EST, with your question or order.            Our low-cost First Class shipping is only $3.5o -- most plans parcels arrive to U.S.A. customers in just 3-5 days.
