Very straight forward design. If you can turn on a scroll saw, then you can build this shelf to look just like the one pictured. Also, you can use your imagination to turn it out a little different. For example, I cut the design out of 1/8" baltic birch. Then I sandwiched that between the shelf and a 1/2" backer board that I stained a darker color for a more dramatic look. It turned out beautifully. The price tag for this is dirt cheap, just like a lot of the plans on this site. I highly recommend this one for anyone interested in deer hunting or nature scenes.
