If you're just looking for a very simple arbor, this may be your plan. You get a full size pattern for the arches, while the rest of the cuts are straight -- very simple project.

Photos during construction are provided, plus a list of materials you need, and instructions for building. Use redwood or cedar and stain or leave natural, or paint with white oil based primer for durability.

The arbor is 8.5' tall and over 3' wide.

Use a moist cloth to slightly dampen your hands before feeding stock through a cutter -- it gives you a much better grip on the stock.
