Beezer is an old favorite with many woodworkers. He's a loveable little burro that boys and girls alike will appreciate. The sturdy collar makes great handle bars and looks like an authentic piece of farm memorabilia. Our favorite burro is also popular because of his mid-range seat height -- at 14" it is a good size for toddlers.

Cloths used to wipe stain can be safely air dried in a well ventilated area away from pets and children. Extend the life of your tack cloths by putting them in baby food jars or ziplock storage bags. Petroleum jelly and cooking oils make perfect inexpensive, non-toxic light stains for projects. Abrasive wheels can be cleaned of goo with cooking spray -- it also helps prevent buildup of particulate matter. The tips of different sizes of nails can be used as drill bits, working well on most wood stocks. Easily remove rusted screws by heating the head with a soltering iron -- it will expand, then contract making it easy to remove. Old croquet mallets, cut down to size, make inexpensive backup woodworking mallets! Wipe the clear sheild of your safety glasses with a dryer static cling sheet -- it will keep sawdust from sticking to them! Covering the back side of sandpaper with duct tape will make it last MUCH longer. Keep your table saw push stick close at hand by fastening it to the front of your saw table with velcro or magnets so you can quickly grab it when needed. Use a moist cloth to slightly dampen your hands before feeding stock through a cutter -- it gives you a much better grip on the stock. White pencils are very useful in woodworking...they make easy to see lines on darker wood stocks.
