Old croquet mallets, cut down to size, make inexpensive backup woodworking mallets! Wipe the clear sheild of your safety glasses with a dryer static cling sheet -- it will keep sawdust from sticking to them! Keep your saw blades clean at all times. A gooey blade can cause dangerous kick back. Easily remove rusted screws by heating the head with a soltering iron -- it will expand, then contract making it easy to remove. Keep your table saw push stick close at hand by fastening it to the front of your saw table with velcro or magnets so you can quickly grab it when needed. White pencils are very useful in woodworking...they make easy to see lines on darker wood stocks.
