Easily identified by its clean lines, sturdy mortise and tenon construction, and an ability to blend with many other furniture styles, the table this plan builds is authentic in its Mission styling. It will look terrific in your living room, family room, or in the front hall. A seven page instructional booklet has many diagrams and illustrations -- information that really helps the beginner to learn, while the 18" x 20" shop drawings allow the advanced woodworker to finish the project without being held back by a lot of information. The table is 50" long, by 28" high, by 17" wide. The plans call for it to be made of solid oak, so you will be gluing up (or laminating) wood panels. Due to the in-depth nature of these plans, it's a good learning plan for the beginner to mortise and tenon joinery and Mission furniture.
