Overall size: 12" tall, 9" wide.

This kit includes ALL wood pieces necessary to construct the project and all pieces are PRE-CUT!! Also included are two full color photos depicting the project both as a detailed tole painted project, as well as a more simple, basic painted project (smaller photo).

All inside lines for painting are provided on a full size sheet which you can lay overtop each piece of wood and trace onto each wood part for detailed painting techniques. A list of all paints used is also included with the project pack, plus instructions that guide you while you assemble and paint the project.

It's a great way to introduce yourself to this type of woodworking project, without needing any woodworking tools or experience! These kits make great gifts and so do the finished pieces!

Check the left of the page for a Mail-In Orderform link.            Abrasive wheels can be cleaned of goo with cooking spray -- it also helps prevent buildup of particulate matter.            Extend the life of your tack cloths by putting them in baby food jars or ziplock storage bags.            Easily remove rusted screws by heating the head with a soltering iron -- it will expand, then contract making it easy to remove.            Keep your table saw push stick close at hand by fastening it to the front of your saw table with velcro or magnets so you can quickly grab it when needed.            Welcome fellow woodworker!            Old croquet mallets, cut down to size, make inexpensive backup woodworking mallets!            Dented wood can often be repaired by heating a damp cloth with an iron over the dent...the wood will expand, filling the hole.            Wipe the clear sheild of your safety glasses with a dryer static cling sheet -- it will keep sawdust from sticking to them!            Keep your saw blades clean at all times. A gooey blade can cause dangerous kick back.            If you have to bend small pieces of wood, wrap them in a damp towel and put them in the microwave for 2 minutes on high -- be certain no metal is present.            Cloths used to wipe stain can be safely air dried in a well ventilated area away from pets and children.            Measure twice, cut once -- the paramount rule of building!            A roll up window blind or shade is a perfect place to store woodworking plans -- just tape them down and let the shade roll them up.            Keep your stains and glues from freezing in your non-heated workshop by storing them in a plastic food cooler.
