The picture you see here is of the 5 gallon, flip-top birdfeeder. The birdfeeder sits atop the portable, easy-fill base which pivots down to a low height for easy maintenence. The plans will show you how to build both the feeder and base. Many birds can feed at the same time with this feeder -- it's a hearty 31" long and 14" wide -- there's a lot of room! Covering the back side of sandpaper with duct tape will make it last MUCH longer. Keep your saw blades clean at all times. A gooey blade can cause dangerous kick back.
