Hardware: Small Dutch Windmill
[U-912HK]
$40.00

Fits the Small Dutch Windmill plan.

Although the plan details what hardware you need and how to install it in order to make the windmill project actually work, we have this bearing kit available for purchase.

The bearing kit comes with:

2 enclosed, mountable bearings for the propellar shaft to turn
1 metal shaft, 1/2" wide
1 lazy susan bearing which allows the entire propellar assembly to pivot

The kit is shipped by UPS from California and takes about two weeks to arrive.

NOTE:  Due to weight, this product must ship by Priority mail ($5.5o).  If you do not select Priority shipping, we will do it for you.  $5.5o is our highest shipping fee for U.S. customers -- if you order any other product, the shipping for your entire order is still only $5.5o.

NOTE:  This product is currently not available to Canadian or Overseas customers.

Cloths used to wipe stain can be safely air dried in a well ventilated area away from pets and children.            A roll up window blind or shade is a perfect place to store woodworking plans -- just tape them down and let the shade roll them up.            Did you know you can Mail-In your order? Check the left of the page for a link.            Call 1-800-296-6256 Mon-Fri from 8am to 2pm, EST, with your question or order.            Petroleum jelly and cooking oils make perfect inexpensive, non-toxic light stains for projects.            Easily remove rusted screws by heating the head with a soltering iron -- it will expand, then contract making it easy to remove.            Keep your table saw push stick close at hand by fastening it to the front of your saw table with velcro or magnets so you can quickly grab it when needed.            Old croquet mallets, cut down to size, make inexpensive backup woodworking mallets!            Keep your stains and glues from freezing in your non-heated workshop by storing them in a plastic food cooler. Neat!            Use a moist cloth to slightly dampen your hands before feeding stock through a cutter -- it gives you a much better grip on the stock.            Wipe the clear sheild of your safety glasses with a dryer static cling sheet -- it will keep sawdust from sticking to them!            White pencils are very useful in woodworking...they make easy to see lines on darker wood stocks.            Welcome fellow woodworker!            Measure twice, cut once -- the paramount rule of building!            Our low-cost First Class shipping is only $3.5o -- most plans parcels arrive to U.S.A. customers in just 3-5 days.            Covering the back side of sandpaper with duct tape will make it last MUCH longer.            Extend the life of your tack cloths by putting them in baby food jars or ziplock storage bags.            Keep your saw blades clean at all times. A gooey blade can cause dangerous kick back.            Abrasive wheels can be cleaned of goo with cooking spray -- it also helps prevent buildup of particulate matter.            The tips of different sizes of nails can be used as drill bits, working well on most wood stocks.            Dented wood can often be repaired by heating a damp cloth with an iron over the dent...the wood will expand, filling the hole.            Welcome fellow woodworker!            If you have to bend small pieces of wood, wrap them in a damp towel and put them in the microwave for 2 minutes on high -- be certain no metal is present.
