A whimsical design inspired by the Barnum and Bailey & Ringling Brothers traveling circuses around the turn of the 20th century. Six cars are packed with ornamental trim. Wind the Calliope clown and he'll revolve as a music box plays the theme from the movie "Carousel" (ordering information included).

There are 7 circus animals including a tiger and zebra made from laminated contrasting woods. Detailed painting guide and color scheme is provided. Some lathe work is required in order to finish as pictured. Simplifying the project is easy to do if desired by only making limited pieces and/or reducing the fine detail work. Full size patterns provided for all pieces.

Average car size: 7" high, 5" wide, 58" long. Truly an heirloom toy which is a great accomplishment for the woodworker and is sure to be treasured by those to whom you gift it.
