reason you are not satisfied with the project plans you receive, we will accept your return within 30 days of purchase with no hassle. We will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the plan you want to return
. If you think you may need to return a plan, please take care when handling it -- project plans returned in poor condition, with writing, stains, unnatural creasing, etc., are considered damaged merchandise and are not

Plan accuracy...
We are committed to
offering only the highest quality project plans. Over the years we have sold tens of thousands of plans and only a relatively small handful of mistakes have been found. Whenever we get a complaint about a plan or are notified
of an error in a plan, we take immediate action to rectify the situation. If you find an error in one of the plans we are currently carrying, please let us know. Because of the nature of project engineering, errors do
occur on occasion. We can in no way be responsible for wood that is rendered useless due to an error in a plan. As a woodworker, we expect that you will measure twice and cut once. We cannot issue monies to
any customer who takes a loss in lumber or lumber costs due to an error in a plan. Please help us keep errors down by alerting us to them.
