Wipe the clear sheild of your safety glasses with a dryer static cling sheet -- it will keep sawdust from sticking to them! Abrasive wheels can be cleaned of goo with cooking spray -- it also helps prevent buildup of particulate matter. A roll up window blind or shade is a perfect place to store woodworking plans -- just tape them down and let the shade roll them up. Cloths used to wipe stain can be safely air dried in a well ventilated area away from pets and children. Easily remove rusted screws by heating the head with a soltering iron -- it will expand, then contract making it easy to remove. Use a moist cloth to slightly dampen your hands before feeding stock through a cutter -- it gives you a much better grip on the stock. Covering the back side of sandpaper with duct tape will make it last MUCH longer. Extend the life of your tack cloths by putting them in baby food jars or ziplock storage bags. White pencils are very useful in woodworking...they make easy to see lines on darker wood stocks.
