6" Letters & Numbers Plans
[CW-6007]
$12.00

Each capital letter and number included with this set of patterns is exactly one foot tall. The width will vary accordingly based on the letter -- for example, the W will be wider than the J or L, of course, but they are proportionate.

There are a couple of ways to cut lettering from our patterns: use graphite transfer paper which will copy the lines of any pattern onto wood as you trace them. . .OR, cut out a letter and trace around it. You can also make a set of stencils out of cardboard, posterboard, or other material such as thin wood paneling. These letter sets are great for personalizing woodworking projects like toy boxes and rocking horses, childrens' rooms, "For Sale" posters, and a lot more -- a set of letters like this will come in handy on numerous occasions and not just for woodworking applications.

TRY TRANSFER PAPER -- SAVE YOUR PATTERNS!
Transfers patterns to wood quick-and-easy, saving your plans from being
cut up and ruined. . .4'x 8' coverage, normally $10.oo now just $8.oo!

Keep your saw blades clean at all times. A gooey blade can cause dangerous kick back.            Our low-cost First Class shipping is only $3.5o -- most plans parcels arrive to U.S.A. customers in just 3-5 days.            Dented wood can often be repaired by heating a damp cloth with an iron over the dent...the wood will expand, filling the hole.            Petroleum jelly and cooking oils make perfect inexpensive, non-toxic light stains for projects.            Covering the back side of sandpaper with duct tape will make it last MUCH longer.            Keep your table saw push stick close at hand by fastening it to the front of your saw table with velcro or magnets so you can quickly grab it when needed.            If you have to bend small pieces of wood, wrap them in a damp towel and put them in the microwave for 2 minutes on high -- be certain no metal is present.            White pencils are very useful in woodworking...they make easy to see lines on darker wood stocks.            A roll up window blind or shade is a perfect place to store woodworking plans -- just tape them down and let the shade roll them up.            Use a moist cloth to slightly dampen your hands before feeding stock through a cutter -- it gives you a much better grip on the stock.            Welcome fellow woodworker!            Did you know you can Mail-In your order? Check the left of the page for a Mail-In Orderform link.            The tips of different sizes of nails can be used as drill bits, working well on most wood stocks.            Abrasive wheels can be cleaned of goo with cooking spray -- it also helps prevent buildup of particulate matter.            Keep your stains and glues from freezing in your non-heated workshop by storing them in a plastic food cooler. Neat!            Welcome fellow woodworker!            Measure twice, cut once -- the paramount rule of building!            Extend the life of your tack cloths by putting them in baby food jars or ziplock storage bags.            Sign up for FREE Email Sale Alerts and save 10-30% on plans from time to time. Check the left of the page for a link.            Wipe the clear sheild of your safety glasses with a dryer static cling sheet -- it will keep sawdust from sticking to them!            Call 1-800-296-6256 Mon-Fri from 8am to 2pm, EST, with your question or order.            Cloths used to wipe stain can be safely air dried in a well ventilated area away from pets and children.            Old croquet mallets, cut down to size, make inexpensive backup woodworking mallets!            Easily remove rusted screws by heating the head with a soltering iron -- it will expand, then contract making it easy to remove.
