Bavarian Doll House Plans
[FS-BDH]
$14.00

A project inspired by houses near the Black Forest in the south of Germany, this plan comes with full size patterns for the lamppost, gingerbread trim, window grillwork, and everything between. Easy-to-make shingles, half timber trim, and balconies add even more detail. Thirteen wonderful pieces of doll furniture reflect the style.

This is a charming project for miniature collectors and tole painters, but of course any little girl would love to have this playset. Sure to become an heirloom, regardless of what you do with it. Super project for the scrollsaw lover.

Finished doll house is 24" high, x 12" deep, x 14" wide.

Neat!            Covering the back side of sandpaper with duct tape will make it last MUCH longer.            The tips of different sizes of nails can be used as drill bits, working well on most wood stocks.            Wipe the clear sheild of your safety glasses with a dryer static cling sheet -- it will keep sawdust from sticking to them!            Call 1-800-296-6256 Mon-Fri from 8am to 2pm, EST, with your question or order.            Petroleum jelly and cooking oils make perfect inexpensive, non-toxic light stains for projects.            White pencils are very useful in woodworking...they make easy to see lines on darker wood stocks.            If you have to bend small pieces of wood, wrap them in a damp towel and put them in the microwave for 2 minutes on high -- be certain no metal is present.            Dented wood can often be repaired by heating a damp cloth with an iron over the dent...the wood will expand, filling the hole.            Keep your table saw push stick close at hand by fastening it to the front of your saw table with velcro or magnets so you can quickly grab it when needed.            Extend the life of your tack cloths by putting them in baby food jars or ziplock storage bags.            A roll up window blind or shade is a perfect place to store woodworking plans -- just tape them down and let the shade roll them up.            Use a moist cloth to slightly dampen your hands before feeding stock through a cutter -- it gives you a much better grip on the stock.            Welcome fellow woodworker!            Cloths used to wipe stain can be safely air dried in a well ventilated area away from pets and children.            Measure twice, cut once -- the paramount rule of building!            Abrasive wheels can be cleaned of goo with cooking spray -- it also helps prevent buildup of particulate matter.            Did you know you can Mail-In your order?
